Returns / Refund Policy

Because all items are custom-made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Factory Defects / Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a factory defect (example: hole, stain, or damage), we will make it right.

Our Quality Control team inspects all garments prior to shipping to ensure there are no holes, stains, or defects before orders leave our facility.

How to Report an Issue

If you believe your order has a factory defect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

Resolution

If the issue is confirmed to be a factory defect, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the item (preferred), or

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)
