Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with E2 Embroidery & Screenprinting! All items sold through our website are custom-made to order, so please allow time for production before shipping.

Processing / Production Time

Orders require production time prior to shipment. Production times may vary depending on the product type, order size, and current workload.

If your purchase is part of an online store / group order, the expected production and delivery timeline will be listed on that store page.

Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination selected at checkout. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.

E2 Embroidery & Screenprinting is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carrier delays

  • weather

  • seasonal peak shipping volume

  • incorrect or incomplete address information

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order, and

  • the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, E2 Embroidery & Screenprinting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  • check around your delivery location

  • confirm the address used at checkout

  • contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

Damaged Packages / Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged package and items
